Last night I attended the Fashion for Paws and Capitol File “Spring Fling” at Intermix. Per usual, I arrived early, to a very thin crowd, mostly donning ill-fitting Hervé Léger. Wish I had more to report this week, but I’ve been mildly crippled. Apparently walking 5+ miles during the day and running at night isn’t so great for your feet. At least I know it’s not solely due to my heels (see link below to article on how heels and flats can be terrible).

DC Scout’s “Birthday Party” could have been more of a scene, but passed muster for a Thursday happy hour slot. Had they wrangled a Friday or Saturday evening event, it would have been a bust. New Month's Resolutions
Identify and attend more events involving gift bags and free drinks. Focus on those with real glassware and superior cupcakes.
Rid closet of all useless/damaged/ill fitting clothing and shoes. They are taking up valuable space.
Take in winter shoes for re-heeling and repairs.

Project Runway moving to LA?? Why not just put it in DC? At least we’re a $30/4 hour bus trip away from a real fashion center. LA? Ugh, Lifetime, I didn’t think I could hate you any more.
Edit: Does this mean the end of Nina, Michael and Tim?? They are all based out of NY. If Tim goes, I go. PR in LA, on Lifetime, sans Tim would not be a PR worth viewing.
