Earlier this week my closet door kept popping open, as every time I walked by, I’d try and slam it closed. Without checking to see if something was obstructing the door, naturally. Turns out it was the heel on a pair of boots I just bought and have worn once.
Dear fashion industry,
Please stop equating having boobs as being plus-sized or “curvy” (industry euphemism for fat, let’s be honest). Daisy Lowe and Lara Stone are still exceptionally thin women, despite having a chest.

It's good for the sole
There’s nothing quite like coming home from the shoe repair shop with 5 pairs of previously scuffed to hell, metal spike showing, platform-cracked excuses for heels looking shiny and new (only $45 at Kim’s in Brooklyn). It makes me feel better about the constant abuse I inflict upon my shoes and dampens my desire for new fall shoes, temporarily.
