Underwhelmed by affordable undergarment options

Though it’s probably not the sexiest of revelations, I’m just going to say it.  I loath shopping for lingerie.  The near monopoly of the affordable underthings market by Victoria’s Secret frustrates me to no end.  Despite having a current roster of over a dozen bras, I can’t say one manages to fit perfectly while holding up against the regular wear and tear.  Until my financial status changes, the likes of La Perla and Agent Provocateur are simply not options.

Recently, I was encouraged by the lingerie section on TheOutNet, but apparently while a 32D is difficult to come by in the mass-markets, fashion fiends just seem to snag them up with hast.  So, what’s a quality and fit concerned gal on a budget to do when cutesy, shoddily constructed (and sometimes dangerous) just don’t cut it anymore?  Where do you guys turn when you’d like something sophisticated, well-constructed that won’t break the bank?

  2. teryn answered: Target. I’m slightly more top-heavy than the average girl so I understand. Target actually has a good selection of styles, sizes, and prices.
